The use of the Site and the purchase of any Products or Services on this Site will be subject to the terms and conditions set out on this page. The Site is intended for those of age 18 and above. Please do not use this site if you are under the age of 18.

Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are visiting (which means that you simply browse the site) or you are a Member or customer (which means that you have registered on the site as a user or purchased one of our products/trainings). The movements, neurological learning strategies and other explorations and any exercise, health information and nutritional videos/audio, programmes and articles provided as part of the our services can be demanding. The use of the services and products require a high level of responsibility and self-awareness in order to avoid injury. Before using any of the services and products, it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well and that the services and products are suitable for you. Before commencing any learning through movement or mental practice or exercise program or nutritional program and before making changes to your existing exercise or nutritional program, you should consult your physician or other qualified Healthcare Provider in order to ascertain whether the programs and changes are appropriate for you. You are responsible for your own safety. At the core of our teaching and training is for you to assume responsibility for your own wellness, your own body, mind and your own health. Please adhere to our twenty% philosophy and do not do anything that you feel causes you pain or discomfort. Listen to your body and when in doubt, REFRAIN FROM ANY OF THE WORK, LEARNING OR ADVICE GIVEN BY US. From time to time instructors may suggest physical adjustments or the use of equipment and it is your sole responsibility to determine if any such suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your level of ability and physical and mental condition. You expressly waive and release any claim that you may have at any time for injury of any kind against AMF Ward trading as One with Nature or any person or entity involved with the AMF Ward trading as One with Nature including without limitation its directors, principals, instructors, independent contractors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates and representatives. You assume all risk of injury by using the content, services and products digital or otherwise. Please do not use the content, services and products if you are not willing to accept this responsibility.
No content or other information contained on or provided through the website or provided by the AMF Ward/One with Nature or subsidiaries by email or in any manner whatsoever should be construed as medical and/or health advice. There is absolutely no guarantee, representation, warranty or undertaking that you will not suffer injury arising out of participation in any physical or mental activity as shown on the site or our material or that your fitness, health or wellbeing will improve as a result of participation in the our services. Your health and wellness will improve as part of an all-round change in diet and activity level as advised by your Healthcare Provider

Delivery
If your initial payment is successful, you will receive an email receipt for the transaction and you will receive log in instruction and/or an email with the download link and license key or link to register a Username & Password, you will then be able to log in.This may take up to one (1) hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then login and if you use the email address you used to purchase the service/product you will have access to all areas of the membership area or to which you have subscribed or product you have purchased as described in its particulars within 24 hours for the menu to activate.

Your copy of this course can be accessed on a maximum of two different devices but not at the same time. Attempting to activate on more than two devices will render the membership access invalid for 1 hours.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of AMF Ward trading as One with Nature. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on One with Nature is the property of AMF Ward. Any replicated site content must be authorised in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of AMF Ward/One with Nature

Refund Policy;

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. We will be happy to consider a refund within the first days of your purchase if you are unable to get the product to install properly and you have worked with our product support team to try to resolve any and all issues which assume that the features listed on the product were assumed by you prior to your purchase. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of AMF Ward trading as One with Nature. Please note that by purchasing the product, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.

You may cancel subscriptions within three (3) days after ordering by cancelling through the medium you used to pay for the membership, provided you have not accessed your password, logging on to the members area or to access the services ordered (or subscribed for).

Changes
AMF Ward/One with Nature reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.There maybe changes to the terms and conditions from time to time. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. AMF Ward/One with Nature may suspend the operation of the Site for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or function of the Site from time to time. Access to or use of the Site or any Sites or pages linked to it will be not necessarily be uninterrupted or error free. AMF Ward/One with Nature reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently online courses and modules.
