A Simple Yoga Audio – 30 mins – Yoga
A simple Yoga Audio to follow for just over an hour. I recommend you’re reasonably adept at Yoga to follow this audio, but give it a gentle go and you’ll find out. Try it and don’t do anything that disturbs your flow of breath through the nostrils, that will keep you safe and is Yoga. There is no clear ending to the audio so that allows you to rest as long as you would like. About 15 minutes is good.
Calibrating Muscle Groups – 30 mins – ATM
This learning process will help you to reorganise the balance between the two muscle groups. The outcome depends on what you arrived with. So take your time to try this out and see what benefit you gain. I am sure you will find something quite pleasant and beneficial
Shoulder Roll – 30 mins – ATM
There is no rushing this learning process. The required adjustment comes by taking your time with this, exploring gently and observing differences. The observations brought to your awareness help bring about your self healing. Find somewhere comfortable to lie down and stretch your arms out to the sides at right angles to your body, look to make sure the arms are level with the shoulder if this is possible for you. Otherwise begin at a comfortable position and see if your system will naturally adjust over several separate sittings of this audio. Give yourself

Mainly Leg Stretches – 30 mins – Yoga
Good stretch set and particular for runners. Its proven that its better to stretch after exercise than before so if you are going to use these do them after your sport. BUT! They work nicely as a stand alone stretch to keep those muscles long and toned. Be careful with the wall stretches, don’t over do it!!!
Differential Rotation – 30 mins – ATM
Developing your ability to rotate prime areas of the body independently, in conjunction with or contra to other prime areas. A basic lesson. Done lying on the floor, make a comfortable space and begin.
The Wave Foot Crossover – 30 mins – ATM
This learning process is well worth taking the time to become familiar with. Once you’ve become adept at the details it need only take you a few minutes to do. Personally I do it a couple of times a week and after a long day to help my body return to a neutral. In the first instance take your time and follow the video as you practice (or listen to the audio and use the video just to clarify) and go as far as you can comfortably. Kneeling Side Bend – 30 mins – ATM
Its an interesting thing to work just on one side of the body which is what we do here. Try this out and then later on come back and follow the instruction but swap sides.
Pelvic Clock – 30 mins – ATM
The Prime Movers attach around the Pelvis. In this simple lesson we are able to assess our ability to move the pelvis and progress and refine that ability. In so doing we will be able to improve our performance and reduce the effort needed for propulsion. You may find certain aches or pains dissolve in the back, neck, shoulders and beyond. Once youve learned this it can be repeated in a short time to self service. In short, its brilliant and more than worthy of learning.
