September, Hedges and Harvests

A Word From Adam...

He we are in September again. To me they do seem to come around with ever increasing regularity. It's a month I enjoy as the landscape alters by nature and human hand as the seasons gently change once more, blackberries, apples and pears on the horizon.

I wonder if you managed to collect yourselves to a little of the morning practice I mentioned in previous letters?

Here is something for lunchtime. Find yourself ten to fifteen minutes and lie down flat on the floor (use a pillow if you need to or just to begin with) and close your eyes and breath through your nostrils.

Feel as your body gently releases its tensions and flattens itself to the floor. It will help rejuvenate you midday and leave your being in a better place to continue your enjoyment. I do it most days, it makes me happy to feel tall and straight and also it makes me feel that I am caring for my vehicle so that it carries me into the future healthily.

I would like to give that to you, if you wish to receive it, have a lie down at lunch - maybe set an alarm just in case!

Lots can happen in a year. They seem to fly by, yet in consideration each year is a great journey over a big sea. Think about this for a moment, your year. Even more so in a decade across a vast ocean of life and experience.

Wishing you a wonderful September, may our paths cross pleasantly in mind if not in person.

Adam x
