Your November News & Classes

Hello and happy November time,

 

All classes are running as usual this month, with two additional in person classes, both taught in the main by Emma for you to enjoy this Autumn/Winter 2023.

ONE: Meditation On Tuesday Evenings, 6.40-7.20pm

A 30 minute guided meditation and mindfulness session, with a little room for chat and discussion at the end if you have questions about your meditation practice.

 

TWO: Yoga On Wednesday Evenings, 6-7pm

A nice rounded session of Yoga.
