Because my body is working better for me now than when I started  treatments with Adam, I have to remind myself of the difficulties and discomfort I used to experience on a regular basis: when kneeling, going up and down ladders for household or garden jobs, sitting still for any length of time, getting into or holding certain yoga postures. Probably the most noteworthy improvement though is that this year skiing I did not need a support bandage for my knee, which I have done for the past few years – I had total confidence that my joint and surrounding muscles would support me without pain, even under significant pressure.
