You can take the Golf Natural courses as one offs or in any order.

Each 3 hour course is named.

It is almost impossible to describe the movements we do, you will have to come and experience them. We are not teaching you to play golf, we are creating the organisation and sequence of movement within your system to play golf. In so doing you will recalibrate yourself and remove parasitic actions.
