This video will give you the basic idea for the Wave which is one of the works in which I am a senior trainer. The trick is to do this very gently, and let the movement manifest over several sessions. It helps recreate the community work of the whole spine, calibrate the movement of head and pelvis and in the long term will help keep you be energised and moving in a healthy manner. Gentle practice is the way!
